Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced D365 Customer Journey and Insight & CRM Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with specific expertise in Customer Insights, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) modules. You will work closely with our clients, providing strategic guidance, implementation services, and ongoing support to optimize their customer engagement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consultation and Strategy:
    • Engage with clients to understand their business goals and customer engagement needs.
    • Develop and recommend strategies to optimize customer journeys using D365 Customer Insights and Marketing modules.
    • Provide expert advice on CRM best practices to enhance customer relationships and drive business growth.
  • Implementation and Customization:
    • Lead the implementation of D365 Customer Insights and Marketing modules, including configuring customer journeys, segmentation, and analytics.
    • Customize CRM solutions to meet client-specific requirements, including workflows, dashboards, and reports.
    • Integrate D365 with other platforms and systems as needed to ensure seamless data flow and customer experience.
  • Training and Support:
    • Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption of D365 Customer Journey and CRM solutions.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to clients, ensuring their systems run smoothly and efficiently.
    • Stay updated with the latest D365 features and updates to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to ensure project goals are met.
    • Track project progress, report on milestones, and adjust plans as needed to meet client expectations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically in Customer Insights, Marketing, and CRM modules.
    • Proven track record of successful D365 implementations, particularly in customer journey and CRM areas.
    • Experience working with clients in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, data segmentation, and analytics within D365.
    • Proficiency in CRM customization, including workflow automation, dashboard creation, and reporting.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
    • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Certifications:
    • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Marketing Functional Consultant Associate (preferred).
    • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (preferred).
    • Any relevant CRM certifications.
