Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft D365 Senior CE (Customer Engagement) Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, with a strong emphasis on Field Service modules. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the D365 CE architecture, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead technical aspects of complex projects.

  • Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Microsoft D365 CE platform, particularly in the Field Service module.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Lead the technical design and architecture of D365 CE solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and best practices.
  • Develop and customize plugins, workflows, scripts, and other components to enhance the functionality of D365 CE.
  • Integrate D365 CE with other systems using standard and custom APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and consultants within the team.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to D365 CE implementations, providing ongoing support as needed.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft D365 CE features, updates, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance our solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, with a focus on Field Service.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing customized solutions within D365 CE.
  • Strong understanding of D365 CE architecture, data models, and integration patterns.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Microsoft D365 Developers Certificate
