Job Summary

As a Microsoft D365 CE Project Manager at Sognos Solutions, you will be responsible for leading and managing the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, oversee the project lifecycle, and ensure that all project objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring the quality and success of our projects.

  • Project Leadership & Management:
    • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of D365 CE projects.
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
    • Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders and clients.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Understand client business processes and requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
    • Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and presentations.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and testers.
    • Provide clear direction and leadership to project teams.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance:
    • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
    • Adhere to project management methodologies, best practices, and Sognos Solutions’ standards.
    • Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement).
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering D365 CE projects in complex environments.
    • Experience working in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
    • Strong understanding of Microsoft D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.).
  • Skills:
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.).
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
