ASC are a part of the SECOM Group and were expanding rapidly. ASC had separate accounting, inventory management (excel) and scheduling solutions (white board) while they operate nationally and hence they needed a solution that had an appetite to support them end to end and streamline their processes. They needed one single source of truth to increase their efficiency and productivity. Dynamics Field Service along with Business Central has provided them with one single source of truth and an end - to - end solution where users can’t go wrong! It has been over two years since the implementation now, and we have only been supporting them in transforming more of their ideas into a technical solution
