We initially engaged with APP to help repair their poorly built Dynamics 365 CRM system and later also help them
upgrade to the new UI with the 2020 Wave 1 upgrade. It was quite challenging for them to simply upgrade with the
amount of customizations that had been previously done, hence we help them migrate in a safer way. Further we have
also implemented the Dynamics 365 Field Service solution on top of their Sales CRM to manage their day
